Family recipes passed down from Pangasinan, made with love right here in the west valley.
Hi, I’m Adrianne — but everyone calls me Anne. I grew up in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, where my family has run a small karenderia for years. We cooked for the whole barangay — big pots of adobo, trays of pancit, crispy lechon kawali made fresh every morning. That’s where I learned that food is never just food. It’s how we show love.
When I moved to Arizona, I brought every single recipe with me. I couldn’t find Filipino food that tasted like home — so I started cooking for friends and neighbors. Word spread the way it always does when the food is good, and before long people were asking me to cater their parties. That’s how Anne’s Filipino Catering was born — out of love, a little homesickness, and a very full pot of rice.
Today, wherever you are in the West Valley, I can bring this food to your table. Whether you’re Filipino and missing the taste of home, or you’ve never tried our food before — my kitchen is open for you.
Back in Mangaldan, Pangasinan, our family’s small karenderia was the kind of place where everyone was welcome — titas, lolas, construction workers, neighbors. You cook big, you cook from the heart, and you make sure nobody leaves hungry. That spirit is still in every tray we send out today.
Our recipes haven’t changed. The same adobo, the same kare-kare, the same lechon kawali that the whole barangay grew up on. We just moved our kitchen to the West Valley — and we’re so happy to share it with you.

Family recipes passed down and cooked the same way every single time.
Serving the West Valley now, the same food, a new home.
Every dish comes from recipes we’ve cooked for generations — adobo, kare-kare, sinigang. Nothing from a box, nothing shortcuts can fix.
We cook your order fresh for your event. No bulk prep, no reheating mystery trays. Your guests deserve the real thing.
You won’t find another authentic Filipino caterer in the West Valley. Avondale is home, and we love serving our neighbors across the whole valley.
“The food was so delicious, pinoy na pinoy. My family drove from Chandler and said it tasted exactly like my mom used to make. Anne puts her whole heart into every dish. We ordered The Fiesta for 50 people. Every tray was empty before the night was over.”
Text Anne your event date and headcount. She’ll send a custom quote, lock in your date with a 50% deposit, and cook everything fresh so you can actually show up as the host.
