How far in advance do I need to order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for regular orders. For large orders (50+ people) or holiday dates, please give us at least 1 week. The earlier the better — we book up fast for weekends.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both! Pickup is available anytime at 11410 W Cambridge Ave, Avondale AZ 85392. Weekend delivery is available to Zone 1 (Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Laveen — +$25) and Zone 2 (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise — +$40). Text us to confirm for your area.
Can I mix and match entrees in a package?
Yes! All packages let you choose your own entrees from our full menu. Just tell Anne your preferences when you book and she’ll build your tray list accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 7 or more days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days out. Deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 72 hours of your pickup/delivery date.
Are desserts included in the packages?
Desserts are available as add-ons but are not included in the base packages. We offer Ube Halaya, Cassava Cake, Leche Flan, and Puto. Text us to add desserts to your order.
How do I pay?
After confirming your order, Anne sends a Square invoice to your email. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.
Do you cater outside the West Valley?
Possibly! Text Anne with your location and event details. Zone 3 deliveries outside the West Valley are handled case by case — she’ll give you a custom delivery quote.
Can I do a custom order not on the menu?
Text or message Anne directly to discuss. She’s happy to talk through special requests, though availability depends on the dish and advance notice required.
