Pork Dinuguan is a Filipino comfort food classic that always starts a conversation at the table. Tender pork pieces are slow-simmered in a tangy, savory sauce made from pork blood, vinegar, and green chili — the result is rich, deeply flavorful, and completely unlike anything else. The name scares first-timers, but Dinuguan has been the sleeper hit at many of our events. It is traditionally paired with puto, and for good reason.
