Good to Know

Our Policies

48hr Minimum Notice
Regular orders need at least 48 hours. Large orders (50+ guests) or holidays: please give us 1 week or more. We book up fast on weekends.
💳
50% Deposit Required
After Anne confirms your order, she’ll send a Square invoice. A 50% deposit locks in your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days out. Deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 72 hours.
