Our Policies
48hr Minimum Notice
Regular orders need at least 48 hours. Large orders (50+ guests) or holidays: please give us 1 week or more. We book up fast on weekends.
50% Deposit Required
After Anne confirms your order, she’ll send a Stripe invoice. A 50% deposit locks in your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery. Card payments include a small 3% processing fee — ACH bank transfer or Zelle (hello@annesfilipinocatering.com) have none, just ask Anne.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before your event. 50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days out. Deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 72 hours.
