I hear this a lot: “I wanted to book you but I didn’t know how to get started.” And I totally get it. When you want to book Filipino catering for the first time, it can feel like there’s some complicated process you’re supposed to know about. There isn’t. Not with me, anyway.
Here’s exactly how it works, from start to finish.
Step 1: Reach Out
Just text me at 602-345-1201 or send an email to albert.adrianne@gmail.com. Tell me your event date, how many people you’re feeding, and what kind of event it is. That’s it. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet — we’ll work through it together.
Step 2: We Figure Out the Food
Once I know a little about your event, I’ll help you pick the right package. Most people don’t know exactly what they want right away, and that’s completely fine. I’ll ask a few questions — how many guests, any dietary restrictions, what kind of vibe you’re going for — and we’ll land on something that works.
You can also browse the full menu and packages page ahead of time if you want to come in with ideas.
Step 3: Lock In Your Date
Once we’ve settled on the menu, I’ll send you a Square invoice. A 50% deposit locks in your date. That’s what secures your booking — without it, I can’t guarantee availability, especially on weekends.
The remaining balance is due closer to the event date.
Step 4: I Handle Everything Else
From there, it’s in my hands. I prep everything fresh, pack the trays, and deliver or arrange pickup based on what we discussed. I ask for at least 48 hours notice, but the more lead time you give me, the better — especially during busy seasons like graduation, summer, and the holidays.
