What to Order for a Corporate Lunch
For a team of 15–25 people, The Gathering ($247) is the right size: rice, pancit, 2 entrees, and 30 lumpia. Keep the entrees approachable — chicken adobo plus pancit bihon is a combination that works for every palate, including people who’ve never had Filipino food. Add lumpia as a starter and the spread takes care of itself.
For larger teams (25–40), The Celebration ($447) gives you a third entree slot — useful if your office has vegetarians or people avoiding pork. Ask Anne about pinakbet (vegetable stew) as a third option.
Setup and Logistics
Anne delivers everything in hotel pans with serving utensils. You’ll need a table and a surface to set the trays on — a folding table works fine.
