No handa is complete without pancit, and the first question I usually get is which one. Bihon, Canton, and Palabok are the three people ask about most. Here is how they differ.
Pancit Bihon
Pancit Bihon uses thin rice noodles with chicken and vegetables. It is light, familiar, and the safe choice for a mixed crowd with kids and older guests. This is the pancit included by default in every package.
Pancit Canton
Pancit Canton uses thicker wheat noodles and eats heartier, with pork and shrimp in the mix. It carries a small upcharge over Bihon because of the protein cost. Pick it when you want the noodle dish to feel more like a main than a side.
Pancit Palabok
Pancit Palabok is the rich one: a thick shrimp-and-annatto sauce over rice noodles, topped with egg, chicharron, and shrimp. It is more of an event dish, a little special, and it photographs beautifully on a buffet table. It carries a flat upgrade fee.
Which one for your party
For a broad crowd, Bihon keeps everyone happy. For a group that wants something more filling, go Canton. For a milestone party where you want a dish that feels like an occasion, Palabok earns its place. You can also order two different pancit trays if the guest count is large.
How to order
You can swap the pancit style in any package. Text Anne at 602-345-1201 with your headcount and I will help you choose. A 50% deposit locks in your date, and the rest is due at pickup or delivery.
