What We Bring to Surprise
Every dish is made from scratch using family recipes from Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Lechon kawali gets its crackling skin from a two-step boil-and-fry method. Pancit bihon is loaded with fresh vegetables and cooked the day of your event. Lumpia is rolled by hand and fried crispy, not soggy. This is the kind of food that tastes like it came from someone’s kitchen — because it did.

- The Gathering — $247 — feeds 15–25 guests — rice, pancit, 2 entrees, 30 lumpia
- The Celebration — $447 — feeds 25–40 guests — rice, pancit, 3 entrees, 50 lumpia
- The Fiesta — $597 — feeds 40–60 guests — full rice, full pancit, 5 entrees, 100 lumpia
