Filipino Catering Menu Packages, Explained

Before you call a caterer, it helps to know what a package actually gets you. Here is how mine are built, so you can walk in already knowing which one fits.

What every package includes

Each package follows the usual handa lineup: steamed rice, a pancit, Lumpia Shanghai, and your choice of entrees. You pick the entrees, I handle the balance of the table so nothing feels missing.

The Family Table, $157

Feeds 8 to 12. Half tray rice, half tray pancit, one entree, and 15 pieces of lumpia. This is the one for a small family dinner or an intimate get-together. It is ordered directly by text rather than through the online builder.

The Gathering, $247

Feeds 15 to 25. Half tray rice, half tray pancit, two entrees, and 30 pieces of lumpia. Good for small parties, potlucks, and casual hosting.

The Celebration, $447

Feeds 25 to 40. Half tray rice, half tray pancit, three entrees, and 75 pieces of lumpia. This is the popular one for birthdays, showers, and graduations.

The Fiesta, $597

Feeds 40 to 60. Full tray rice, full tray pancit, five entrees, and 100 pieces of lumpia. For a big family party where you do not want to cook all weekend.

How to pick, and what you can add

Start with your headcount and pick the package that covers it. From there you can upgrade the pancit style, add extra lumpia or Pork BBQ, or add desserts. Browse the full menu and the packages page to see it laid out.
